Lots of Creating Going On

 I was laid off mid-March of this year due to the pandemic and a slow turn in the oil and gas industry here in my province.  I have been crafting so much lately.  The creative juices have been flowing.  I was sure I was going to get sick of crafting or run out of ideas but that just has not been the case.  How are you all doing?  Have you had much chance to create lately?

This is my latest creation.

This art journal creation was created with Stamperia patterned paper and rice paper.  I also used Paper Artsy Fresco Chalk Paints, Dina Wakley Gel Matte Medium, Vicki Boutin stencil, Dylusions paints and Tim Holtz Distress Crayons.  For the full video on how I created this you can check out my YouTube channel.

Here is another one I created using Stamperia's new Hortensia line.  I love these colors.

7 years since my last post...

Wow!  Where has the time gone?  It has been 7 years since I posted last.  I started this blog in 2005 and sometime in there I switched to Typepad and then switched back to this blog.  Does anyone read my blog anymore?  I don't know.  I guess I will soon see.  I am going to try and be active on here once again.  For those of you that are reading this, I recommend going back to the 2006-2007 years and reading those old posts.  When I owned my own store, my Design Team used to post a lot on my blog.  There are some great posts on there.  

For now... here are some more recent creations I have created.  I'll be back soon.  I promise this time. :-)

honey, i'm home!  I'm back! 

i am hoping to start blogging again.  been so busy with life that i haven't had much time for myself.  i am hoping that will change now.  some things are starting to slow down. 

hello all! it has been quite some time since I posted. i think it has been a year and a half? sad thing is not much is really new that anyone would like to hear. i would love to hear from any of you who still might check out my blog or are creeping.

i am still working on my resolutions. i am trying to be realistic so that is why i am working on ones that i might actually keep.

Retail Therapy Accomplished!

I have went to Treasured Memories twice in the last week. I bought a ton of great goodies today at their 40% off invitation only sale. I plan to create a ton of new projects this coming week with all my new goodies.

B starts his hockey camp this week. Spent a ton of money getting new skates for him last week. I still have to buy L dancing wear. So much to do this week.
