another weekend almost over...

well it is sunday and the weekend is almost over. first, it was a difficult one because it is my dad's birthday so that was tough. i am just hanging with my family and going to bingo later. so i hope at least my dad will bring me good luck later.

it's been a while....

just wanted to let everyone know i am still alive and kicking and going to post on this thing again hopefully this weekend when i have more time. i have been swamped and have so much to share. so, keep checking back because i have lots to say. i want to hear from you too so keep those comments coming.

goodbye to L2S....

well as most of you have speculated over the last few months, i have decided to let go of love 2 scrap. i was going to start up under a new name and breath ome new life into it but i thought... i just don't have what it takes anymore. i have not had the time over the last 8 or so months to devote to this and it is really affecting my home life. my kids are truly resenting the fact that mom is never home and gone for full weekends. i really need to spend this time with my kids while they are still young. i am looking at going back to work in a different field (an not working for myself - where i actually get a pay cheque) but this would not be working nights or weekends.

honestly, over the past 4.5 years i have been very bogged down and tied to my computer which i really have never liked. anyone can see that i am not a chatter online and never will be. i have seen a lot of drama over he last year and also a lot of people in this industry which is so cut throat, try to out do each other. i just am so tired of it and just do not want to be a part of it. it was getting to the point of me despising scrapbooking and i didn't like that. it is something i used to enjoy but just don't anymore. so, with having said that, i just want to wish everyone well. thank you for the past 4.5 years whether you were a customer or one of the many great friends i have made or acquaintances i got to meet. it has been an experience.

i no longer have love 2 scrap but will still be selling the remainder of our supplies at crapalicous in sherwood park on october 6th, november 3rd and december 1st. all of our supplies are now heavily reduced. if you are interested in what we have please contact me at irememberwhen@shaw.ca

Another week and June is almost over!!!

Hi all - So what do you all say about a nice little fun challenge for the last week of June?

OK - let’s go for it. I have always loved chipboards - not only because they are totally cool but they are so versatile. So here is my challenge to you - create a LO or card using some yummy chipboards - you can paint, ink, draw, cover with pp or ribbons ... the possibilities are endless. So let’s get cracking and have a good time scrapping girls!! And don't forget to link to your creation in the comment section so we can all have a look at those fab designs!
